1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil then cook 6 to 8 minutes until beef has browned.
2. Stir in cumin, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, coriander, all spice and the salt. Next, add chicken stock and cook until reduced, about 5 minutes.
3. Add hummus to a bowl then top with spiced beef, one more tablespoon of olive oil, chopped mint and feta cheese.
