Place lollipop sticks inside chocolate moulds, making sure that the stick goes almost to the top of the chocolate section.
Place your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in microwave. Put it in for 30 seconds, and then in again for 20 second intervals. Stir in between.
Once chocolate is melted, split white chocolate into multiple bowls. Place several drops of food colouring in each bowl, and stir until the colour is completely combined.
Place 100s & 1000s in the base of half of your milk chocolate moulds.
Spoon chocolate into the moulds. Start over the stick, and spread the chocolate to all of the corners. Make sure that the stick is completely covered, otherwise your chocolates may fall off.
Once all moulds are filled, place in the fridge to cool.
After about 5 minutes remove from the fridge. Gently press on the base of the moulds, and lift pops out by the stick. If you have difficulty getting them out put them back in the fridge for a little bit longer.
The pops are now ready to eat and enjoy. If you've got moustache moulds like these ones they're lots of fun to play with before they're eaten.
You can play around with combining different colours, or even different chocolates. Create top deck chocolate pops, or even add in chocolate flavourings.
